  • SingleThreadSingleThread is Healdsburg’s 3 Michelin star restaurant which offers unparalelled service and a 10 course menu featuring produce from their local dry creek valley farm, with optional wine pairing. If you’re looking for an elevated experience, this can’t be beat.

  • Street Social Street Social is a tiny, tiny restaurant run by a husband and wife team that offers intimate dining in downtown Petaluma. Their focus on “provide damn good food, highlighting seasonal and local fare with influences from all over the country.” and boy do they accomplish that goal.

  • Glen Ellen Star – One of our local favorites, Glen Ellen Star has a colorful, local inspired menu and also does amazing pizza! The chefs counter is a must! Fun environment with superb food.

  • Valette – Located in downtown Healdsburg, Valette offers a unique dining experience with the goal of providing a canvas for local farmers, winemakers and artisans to showcase their crafts. The atmosphere is fantastic and the food is amazing. OMG the bread, I just can’t get over the bread.

  • Table Culture Provisions – Table Culture Provisions, known to locals as TCProvisions, is located in downtown Petaluma, TCProvisions offers a seasonal tasting menu featuring hyper-seasonal California fare that walks the line between comfort food and haute cuisine in an intimate, laid back setting. The perfect honeymoon dinner spot.

  • Capo Creek RanchCapo Creek Ranch has the best wine and food pairing in Sonoma. The winery is located in the hills of Healdsburg and offers the most amazing, private food and wine experience. Owner, chef, chocolatier, and winemaker; Mary has created a one of a kind experience that is not to be missed!

  • Sangiacomo Family WinesSangiacomo Family Wines‘ is one of the largest family wineries in Sonoma and has built a beautiful tasting room with vineyards views, and an intimate tour and tasting perfect for a romantic Sonoma honeymoon. For a special experience, check out the Soar and Savor hot air balloon ride and tasting at the Sangiacomo tasting room.

  • Small Vines – Knowing that good things come in small packages, Small Vines has created an intimate and education tasting experience with their husband and wife owners/growers/winemakers, the perfect honeymoon stop. Growing grapes on vines they’ve intentionally kept dense and small, they’ve brought to the US a long known French secret for producing spectacularly flavorful wines.

  • Iron Horse Vineyards – A honeymoon is a time for celebration and nothing says celebration like a high-end sparkling wine tasting at Iron Horse Vineyards. This is a must stop for a couple who want’s to enjoy a delicious glass of world class sparkling wine while overlooking the gorgeous vineyards and valley below this scenic destination

  • MacRostie Winery and Vineyards MacRostie Winery and Vineyards is one of our favorite stops. From the stunning drive to the welcome wine to the fun and educations tasting paired with Sonoma Valley views, MacRostie is a must stop.

  • Gracianna WineryGracianna Winery is a small family owned and operated winery who’s focus is gratefulness. They offer laid back, intimate and friendly experiences on their small family estate.

Activities

  • Sonoma Ballooning – Wine Country is a hot air ballooning destination and Sonoma Ballooning has you covered. If you haven’t been hot air ballooning yet, this is a must do! It’s so calm and peaceful floating on the wind. For the ultimate Sonoma honeymoon, check out the Soar and Savor hot air balloon ride and tasting at the Sangiacomo Family Winery. The perfect way to start your day in wine country!

  • Sonoma Valley Trail Rides – we love horseback riding! It’s probably our favorite way of exploring vineyards, with man’s other best friend. Sonoma Valley Trail Rides will take you through Bartholomew Estate Winery’s gorgeous vineyards in the most romantic way.

  • Sonoma Zipline Adventure – Looking for a fun way to bond with your new spouse? Why not jump tree to tree on a string, a definitely adrenaline pumper and great fun. Sonoma Zipline Adventures provides an unforgettable experience. Want to elevate this adventure, book a stay at the tree house!

  • Safari West – Go on an African safari, in Sonoma! Safari West is a local conservation center specializing in African animals where you can go on a safari or even spend the night. They even have a baby Rhino that just made an appearance and is here to hang out with the honeymooners.
