Capo Creek Food and Wine Experiences
Capo Creek Ranch located in the Dry Creek Valley and offers a variety of food experiences. Your mind will be blown by the quality and authenticity of this experience. Mary Roy is the wine maker and the chef as well as a retired doctor. This woman is seriously a powerhouse and has so much talent!
The Ultimate Experience includes 6 wines as well as 6 courses prepared to order by Mary herself. This food pairing is on the Michelin star level along with places like FarmHouse or La Toque. The menu changes periodically based on season as well as guests’ preferences and food restrictions. If you have been to Capo Creek before, you will not have the same food! Mary will personally create a new pairing just for you and your group.
While the Ultimate Experience offers the most, you can choose to do the Tasting of The Day ($75/pp), and add a Kobuta Tour in addition to the Ultimate ($240/pp).
The property is also a treat in itself. The patio overlooking the Dry Creek vineyards while offering private and peaceful setting. You will not hear cars going by, and all guests are seated in the way that offers maximum privacy.
